During the many years working and advocating for trails I spent time collecting quotes, terms, and acronyms. At first for my own use, then when the lists got larger I started to share them with others, first on the internet then in books.

This website gathers together in one spot all my trail resources. Besides the quotes, terms, and acronyms I put together a booklet on trail hand tools to be used in workshops. I’ve also included a page with the trail publications I worked on and a few of my trail presentations from conferences. The biggest part of the website are the photos from all the adventures I’ve been on since the early days. I wanted to include the SC Bicycle Touring Guide. It was my first really big project in the early 1980s. It’s a bit out of date but I really like it. I hope you find my website of interest.
